Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3 business days. As many Na-da pieces are handmade and finished by hand, some orders may require additional time. If there is any expected delay, we will contact you directly.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

• Egypt: 3 business days
• International: 14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

Returns & exchanges

Because Na-da pieces are carefully crafted, many are produced in limited quantities or made specifically for each order.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible unworn pieces within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must:

• Be unworn and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Show no signs of damage, wear or alteration

Non-returnable pieces

The following pieces are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Bespoke or personalised pieces
• Custom-made pieces
• Pieces created in a specific colour or variation at the customer’s request
• Earrings that have been worn, for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested piece is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Every piece is inspected before it leaves our studio.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fromna-da.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the piece and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Please refer to our Jewellery Care page for guidance on caring for your Na-da piece and preserving its finish.
